My work revolves around the
notion of integration. Merging styles and materials
in order to create extraordinary depth and reveal a
sense of unification within a composition. Tactile
and detail oriented, my process involves painstaking
technique coupled with freewheeling spontaneity.

THE COMMON BECOMES ABSTRACT: USED CARS
There was a strike by the Mass Transit Authority in
New York City. Trains and buses were brought to a
hlt during the run up to New Years. Everyone was
forced to walk, drive, bicycles...
While walking more, or at least farther than usual,
I began to notice the headlights on all the parked
cars lining the streets. Many were beautiful in
their plasti-chromatic design nouveau and the
classics are classic for a reason. I kept my camera
with me and started taking pictures. Removed from
their context, the headlights seem distorted. The
paintings are both referential and abstract.
Art House is the culmination of
two individual talents. The meeting of minds and the
perseverance of their soul produces creations
resulting in furniture, sculpture, paintings,
interior spaces and buildings.
